Welcome to the School Milk and Dairy Programme

Dairy products provide an essential part of any healthy, balanced diet and are particularly important for growing children.

For almost a quarter of a century, the EU-subsidised School Milk and Dairy Programme has provided a very affordable, year-round supply of milk to children in Montessori, National and Secondary schools. The programme is recognised as a valuable way of ensuring that Irish children benefit from this nutritional addition to their daily lunchboxes, which is also great value for money.

Every child registered for the programme receives an individual milk carton or bottle daily, delivered directly to schools by their local dairy.

Only pupils at participating schools can receive School Milk, so we would encourage your school to register for the School Milk and Dairy Programme so that your pupils can benefit.
