NDC Christmas Card Competition - Terms & Conditions
- The closing date for receipt of entries by The National Dairy Council is 5pm, Friday 22nd October 2010.
- Entries must be posted to the following address with an accompanying application form: The National Dairy Council, Innovation House, 3 Arkle Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18. The National Dairy Council is not responsible for any delay in the receipt of entries or in the sending out of prizes due to delays in the postal system.
- Christmas Card Designs should be maximum A4 and minimum A5 in size. All entries must be original and should be posted to the NDC directly. Electronic entries (Email, CD, PDF etc.) will not be accepted.
- The NDC reserves the right to alter the winning design for print or e-mail purposes.
- The NDC reserves the right to print or alternatively distribute an electronic copy of the NDC Christmas Card 2010.
- Results of the competition will be announced on Friday, 19th November 2010 and will be posted on this web site.
- The competition is only open to individual pupils in primary schools in the Republic of Ireland.
- The winner will receive an NDC Christmas Card Competition trophy and their school will win a €500 voucher for art supplies.
- All submissions must be original work.
- There is no cash alternative available. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if due to circumstances beyond our control, the prizes are not available, we reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value or not to award any prize as they may determine in their sole discretion.
- No purchase necessary.
- Copyright in all material submitted as entries rests with the NDC.
- The National Dairy Council will not be liable for any damage, harm or loss arising out of the winner's acceptance or use of their prize.
- Receipt of entry shall be deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence regarding that decision will be entered into.
- The organisers of the competition reserve the right to publish competition entries. Once submitted to the competition, entries will not be returned.
- Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in disqualification. The National Dairy Council reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
